Together we will practice yoga, learn restorative breath-work and meditation practices. You'll have the opportunity to participate in journaling and discussions focused on bringing healing and understanding to your experience of loss.

This series is led by Jess Gruber, an experienced yoga teacher and graduate student of yoga therapy, with a specialty in pelvic floor yoga therapy. She is passionate about women’s health and works with clients to heal the pelvis through yoga postures, breath-work, and meditation.

Release + Blossom

Inspired by the fresh growth of spring releasing what it no longer needs in order to blossom, this workshop will encourage gentle release of the hips in order to blossom from the heart. We’ll dip ourselves into sweet-like-honey restorative yoga postures to gently encourage the release of emotional information stored in our hips. Once we feel the release and softening of our deepest layers, we’ll begin to expand the heart space. Utilizing restorative postures, breath work, and meditation in order to blossom and shine outward from our hearts. You’ll leave this restorative class feeling sweet and light from your head to your toes, as if sunshine is beaming from your pores.
