Let’s gather and reset our bodies and minds for the end of summer and preparation for fall. In this restorative yoga class we’ll focus on resetting your body and mind through gentle yoga postures and breathwork to relax your whole being. Each posture will focus on a different area of the body that may hold tension: neck, shoulders, chest, abdomen, low back, and hips. We’ll end with a guided meditation and a sweet savasana leaving you ready to begin your fall with inner ease restored.
