Get to Know Your Pelvic Floor: how movement, breath, and emotions influence your physiology


Birthing parents are welcome. Those who have painful sex or menstrual cycles are welcome. Those with low back pain and chronic hip ‘tightness’ are welcome. Those who want to learn more about the pelvic floor are welcome.

This course is for anyone who who has a pelvic floor and wants to learn about the muscles of the pelvic floor, how they respond to stress/anxiety/trauma, how the pelvic floor is affected by pregnancy and birth, and what tools can be utilized to heal or rebuild pelvic mobility and pelvic floor strength/suppleness.

This 6 week course begins September 28th, 2019. The day the course begins you will get an email with all of the essentials for the course. Links to worksheets, videos, and presentations will be sent to you so you can learn and explore at your pace!

Option 1: You can do this practice on your own for $85 ($55 if you register before September)

Option 2: You can use this practice on your own AND have a virtual yoga therapy session with me! For $120 ($100 if you register before September)

Option 2 includes the 6 week course AND a 45 minute virtual session with me! This is a great way to not only learn more about yourself but to also ask me questions as your on this path of exploring your internal landscape! We’ll work together to find the best tools for your healing/learning process and based on your needs/preferences I’ll provide you a plan of care to work on over the coming weeks/months.
