Inspired by the fresh growth of spring releasing what it no longer needs in order to blossom, this workshop will encourage gentle release of the hips in order to blossom from the heart. We’ll dip ourselves into sweet-like-honey restorative yoga postures to gently encourage the release of emotional information stored in our hips. Once we feel the release and softening of our deepest layers, we’ll begin to expand the heart space. Utilizing restorative postures, breath work, and meditation in order to blossom and shine outward from our hearts. You’ll leave this restorative class feeling sweet and light from your head to your toes, as if sunshine is beaming from your pores.
